According to the announcement made by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute on December 19, the rankings for “Idol Group Brand Reputation” placed BLACKPINK in 1st, SEVENTEEN in 2nd and BTS in 3rd.
The institute analyzed 102,460,339 pieces of idol group brand big data collected from November 19 to December 19 to evaluate the popularity and reputation of idol group brands among domestic consumers.
The brand reputation rankings for idol groups encompass both boy groups and girl groups. The analysis measures consumer participation, media coverage, communication and community indices to calculate the overall brand reputation index.
